Latus Group: Connecting Sales to Service Delivery with HubSpot and Zuper

Overview

Latus Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing occupational health providers, with a sales team driving new business and over 150 field service technicians delivering services across the country. As the business scaled, they needed more than a CRM — they needed a system that connected what was sold to what was actually delivered, with reporting that covered the entire journey.

Challenge

HubSpot was handling the sales side, but once a deal was closed, visibility dropped off completely. There was no structured way to track job delivery, technician assignments, time on site, or completion details. Leadership had no clear picture of what had been sold versus what had been delivered. The business needed a solution that was scalable, simple enough for field technicians to use on the go, and connected back to HubSpot for live reporting.

Strategy

We started by cleaning and optimising the existing HubSpot portal, then researched the field service management market to find the right integration partner. We landed on Zuper — its interface was intuitive for the dispatching team and the mobile app was simple enough for even the least tech-savvy technicians. We built a custom integration so that when a sales rep closes a deal, the line items on that deal automatically create jobs within Zuper. The dispatching team then assigns each job to a technician based on availability and skillset using Zuper's smart assignment features. From the moment a job is assigned, its progress syncs back to HubSpot in real time.

Results

The implementation was completed in one month and transformed how the business operates. For the first time, Latus Group has full visibility of what was sold versus what was delivered — all inside HubSpot. Live reporting now tracks every job across the business, from assignment through to completion, including technician details, time on site and job photos. Sales reps have a streamlined process for booking jobs and technicians have a simple app that fits into how they already work. The result is a connected, reportable operation that scales with the business.
