Overview

LATUS Group is a dynamic business focused on scaling its operations through a structured and professional approach to sales and client management. With a diverse team handling everything from initial lead generation to complex account renewals, they recognised the need for a sophisticated, centralised system to manage their expanding customer base. Their goal was to move away from operational friction and toward a scalable, insight-driven model that empowers every department to perform at its peak.

Challenge

The existing HubSpot setup had become a barrier to growth rather than an accelerator. Over time, the portal had accumulated significant "technical debt," characterised by cluttered data, inconsistent sales processes, and disconnected workflows. Users across sales and account management struggled with manual tasks and a lack of clear process ownership, leading to unreliable reporting and poor visibility into marketing attribution. 

Strategy

We executed a comprehensive "ground-up" re-implementation of HubSpot, beginning with a deep-dive business process review and stakeholder discovery workshops. Our strategy focused on four key pillars: rigorous data hygiene, sales process engineering, revenue reporting enhancements, and seamless tool integration. We utilised Breeze Intelligence for data enrichment, built a professional PandaDoc integration for automated proposal management, and restructured the product library to enable gross profit and margin analysis. Finally, we scoped a robust finance integration to ensure a smooth handoff from won deals to revenue recognition.

The re-implementation transformed HubSpot into a high-performance tool that drives accountability and consistency.
